Denver Central Library Grand Opening

Congratulations are in order…

The Denver Central Library just had their grand reopening celebration! 🎉

This 4-year project made possible with the design experts at Studiotrope Design Collective and top-notch builders at GH Phipps Construction Companies – truly incredible companies to work along side.

Our Team absolutely ROCKED this complex project! There were many intricacies, including numerous phases and an immense amount of site work, utility work, traffic impacts, structural components, and amount of interior tenant improvements to the over 100-year-old library.

If you reside in Denver, make your way downtown to experience the beautiful space, which now includes reading rooms on three levels, a cafe, public technology center with 90+ computers, new restrooms, new elevators, community rooms, arts / craft space, an art gallery, the famous Legacy Room, upstairs views of downtown Denver, a banquet area, conference rooms, and lounge areas. It’s a sight to behold!

More behind-the-scenes renovation information is available via the library’s website HERE.
