Denver Affordable Housing Changes Coming in July

Starting July 1st, 2024, the City of Denver’s affordable housing linkage fee is set to increase. If you’re involved in construction or development, pay attention!

What’s Changing?

The affordable housing linkage fee increase will be assessed alongside standard permit fees. To avoid the increase, ensure that all agency reviews on your LOG record are marked complete or approved by July 1st. This includes the Sewer Use and Drainage Permit (SUDP) and payment of all SUDP fees.
