Breaking Ground

We’re excited to share that Service First Permits has just permitted another remarkable project in Denver – a stunning 5,000+ SF, $5.9 million nature education center! 🌳

This incredible project came to life through partnerships with some outstanding collaborators: Bluff Lake Nature Center, Howell Construction, Superbloom Landscape Architecture, Shape Architecture, and Cumming Group.

What went into creating this inspiring space:
A beautiful ground-up 1-story education center designed to spark curiosity and learning.
Comprehensive site development including utilities, parking, and lighting installation.
End-to-end permitting management from SDP to building submittals, ensuring seamless progress.
Expert navigation of complex civil agency reviews (TEP, SSPR, PNEE) to meet all requirements.

A heartfelt thanks to our dedicated Team and amazing partners for bringing this nature center to life. Keep an eye out for more updates as we continue to build, permit, and create spaces that matter!
